Explore The Residence"Chetan Residency is a study in vertical luxury. The challenge was to integrate a premium rental unit with a private, expansive owner's duplex within a cohesive G+3 structure. By distinguishing the circulation paths, we achieved complete privacy for the residents. The facade uses bold framing elements and expansive glazing to capture natural light, creating a home that feels open and airy while maintaining a distinct modern identity."
